Ingredients:

1 cucumber
1 stalk of celery
4 carrots
1 apple
Half a peeled lemon

Method: Place all of the ingredients into the juicer, and juice until they have reached the desired consistency. Pour into a glass, and serve.

Ice

1 large peeled orange (Save 1 inch of the peel)
A quarter of a cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Half a cup of water

Method: Place the orange and its peel, the cucumber and the carrots into a juicer or blender. Once the desired consistency has been reached, add the lemon juice and sugar, and blend for another few minutes. Pour into a glass, and serve.
