I used to wear a minimizer bra AND a sports bra for running, but now I just wear a Fiona and cinch 'em tighter than my grip on the last cup-cake at 5 year old's birthday party. Works nice, and you can easily adjust the straps depending on what evil Kelly imposes on you at the IC.

I like the frog bra from title nine...on days when I am feeling larger than normal ( ie pre-period) I sometimes wear another bra, a cotton no-wire, underneath that. I am a D, and that reduces bounce almost completely.

Hey, Elsa, if you are planning to ever be pregnant, then it won't be old age that introduces your boos to your waist.

OMG! I second Mary's comment. I started obsessing about how much droop and sagging is going on in my boob area. This taps into my secret fear that when I am old, my muscles around my boobs will have lost cohesion and my breasts will collaspe to meet my waist! I always wore binding sports bras or the kind that are built into tanks. I ran out and purchased a few "encapsulating" ones after I read that article.

I hate the bouncies and have never found a sports bra, no matter how ugly, that could eliminate it. (Will have to try the Enell though).

However, I usually wear a snug leotard in addition to the sports bra (really annoying when its hot out). But it really makes a huge difference in reducing the movement. Of course then there's the task of finding a leotard cut large enough in the seat that it doesn't crawl up my ass. And I don't even have a big butt. Leotard makers seem to assume nobody but teeny-tiny dancers would dare wear one, but c'mon, spare a bit more fabric!

I wonder, do these 'researchers' then put the data into a complex computer program that will show computer graphic recreations that they can play over and over.....

do they pick their favorite of the 70 women and make it their screensaver?

Did anyone else find it hilarious that boob bouncing is someone's research expertise? I can just hear it at the next conference:

"So, what are you working on now?"
"Oh, we've just isolated the breast cancer gene and may have found a cure for it. You?"
"Um, I've jsut discovered breasts bounce in a figure-8 pattern."
silence....

I bought my bras when I was a FF post-partum (which is really a G, according to a friend of mine). Anyway, I am now a D but still like them because they allow NO movement. It's a Champion with adjustable straps. I've washed it so many times, the tags all faded. I got them at Road Runner Sports. Oh and don't put your bras in the dryer! It wears out their elasticity (or lack thereof).
